Announcing an economics position at QNB, now the largest MENA bank - Qatar

January 30th, 2012

QNB is the largest bank in the Middle East (by assets and profits in 2011), and the most widely spread, with operations in 24 countries, and more planned. QNB has long been the leading provider of economic analysis on Qatar, and is now seeking to match this with its international coverage. In 2011 it launched its first Economic Insight reports, which provide detailed macroeconomic forecasts and analysis on GCC countries. It is now extending coverage to other MENA countries. QNB aims to be a regional banking icon, and becoming a thought leader on economic issues is an important contributor to that goal. For more information, click here.
